Ideas for a dog-friendly Valentine's Day

Are you doing anything special for your dog on Valentine’s Day tomorrow?

If you’re trying to think of a few ideas to make sure your dog also has a happy day, here are a few suggestions to get you started:

❤ Enjoy a romantic dinner with your significant other at home, so your four-legged friend isn’t left alone.

❤ Spend more time out on your walk: most dogs will enjoy the extra playtime (and you’ll appreciate a tired, snoozing dog when it’s time for a romantic evening meal).

❤ Keep chocolates out of paw’s reach! Chocolate is toxic to dogs, and those shiny sweet wrappers can get stuck in their digestive tract. No one wants to spend Valentine’s Day at the vets!

❤ A yummy Dentastix will help keep their smile sparkling, ease any doggy bad breath and will be a tasty treat to make them feel special.

❤ Belly rubs!

Be sure to share your ideas for a dog-friendly Valentine's Day in the comments below.

Pee-yew! Avoid doggy breath- introduce your pup to a toothbrush early. They'll thank you with a big, beautiful smile. http://t.co/TIu1QzX7 About 6 hours ago
