Pedigree Adoption Drive 2011
– Where The Money Goes
This year's Pedigree Adoption Drive has raised over £160, 000 to help abandoned
dogs in the UK. TV presenter and vet Steve Leonard travels around the UK to deliver
the good news to rescue centres that have been awarded grants. See the difference
the grants will make to the 90 rescue homes across the country that are struggling
to cope as abandonment rates hit an 11 year high. Click here to see a list of all
grants
All the donations are held for us by the PetPlan Charitable Trust. The PPCT donates
at least £100 to each ADCH home. The remainder of the fund is given to homes based
on their applications, and the impact they will have on dog welfare in the UK. This
is decided and then agreed by the PPCT.
